After several painful experiences with
home service providers when something went wrong with the water heater or A/C,
insurance adjusters when the washing machine broke & flooded the house,
contractors to get the house fixed properly, and then
builders when it was time to build a new house
— and —
realizing how uneducated she was on her biggest investment every time she called a “professional” and found out later they gave her incorrect information
Little Lady — a career engineer — knew she had to do something to
take control of her homeowner experience.And now she helps others do the same.
After
going to carpentry and design/build school, and learning how to design & build houses from the (under)ground up
becoming a licensed independent insurance adjuster
becoming a certified home inspector
